Each setting is unique and, therefore, requires a tailored approach to consultancy. Caroline offers support that can be provided over a single day or a longer period, depending on your needs. Half-day sessions are also available. Before any support sessions, she will discuss with you the best approach for meeting your needs. Caroline will work closely with your team to observe, evaluate, and enhance quality practice. 

Caroline is committed to supporting and encouraging nurseries that serve children in the most disadvantaged areas, as well as those that may be struggling to improve, such as those with low Ofsted ratings. She understands that the cost of consultancy services for early years settings often poses a financial challenge for many of these facilities.
